Jn 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

Jn 12:47 If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.

From the verses above there are those that believe that Jesus Christ died for all sin and did not come to judge the world; therefore all will be saved.

Jesus did not come to judge or condemn so what did Jesus come to do? Jesus Christ came to save, but only those that believe that He was raised from the dead. Salvation is actual by Christ’s death and resurrection, but only effective for those that believe in His name. Jesus has no need to judge and condemn for we are already condemned.

Jn 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

The Bible tells us that we all will confess.

Ro 14:11 for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.”

The unbeliever will confess his unbelief and recognize that God was right. They will speak their own condemnation.

Tt 3:11 knowing that such a person is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned.

Mt 12:37 for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Job 15:6 Your own mouth condemns you, and not I; your own lips testify against you.

If the unbeliever does not choose Jesus Christ and accept His atoning blood upon the cross, there is no forgiveness. Heb 9:22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.

God will let that unbeliever have their own way. Jesus is the way, but they will be allowed to choose their own way. Jn 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Christ’s came to save, but not all will choose salvation. His death was actual for sin, but effective only for those that choose salvation.

Ps 103:1 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! Ps 103:2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, Ps 103:3 who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, Ps 103:4 who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
