The first thing God did after making man was to put man to work. In order that this commandment might be understood, God provided work instructions…in fact these are work commands.
Gen2.15 The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.
Regardless of how the Occupy Movement is portrayed it is about envy. Instead of envy, God uses the word “covet” in the Ten Commandments.
Deut5.21 And you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. And you shall not desire your neighbor’s house, his field, or his male servant, or his female servant, his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor’s.
The Occupy Movement will destroy, but it will not succeed.
Prov18.9 Whoever is slack in his work is a brother to him who destroys.
To paraphrase these three verses: God took the man and put him in the garden to work it and keep it and said you shall not covet anything that is your neighbor’s for whoever is slack destroys.
