Supreme Court and Christians

For thirty years Christians have voted like atheist and no one should be surprised at the rulings that have been handed down by the Supreme Court. I know that many Christians will dispute this statistic and many will be surprised by the statistic, but there is no denying it. Christianity and conservatives have become a minority voice because they have been tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine by human cunning, and deceived by every plausible argument.

Eph 4:14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.

Col 2:4 I say this in order that no one may delude you with plausible arguments.

Christians vote whole heartedly for politicians that are godless. Without the Christian vote they could not have won. Many now say they were deceived, but every deception was easily discerned. No, Christians were willingly deceived. Why, because they accumulated teachers to suit their own passions.

2 Ti 4:3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions

Why and how has all of this happened? Christians reject God’s Word, and will not take responsibility for being the Christian they claim to be. God said He created the world in six days; Christians say no, it was by evolution. God said it never crossed His mind to ask anyone to sacrifice a child. Christians vote for politicians that vote for abortion. God requires capital punishment for murder and Christians stand against it. God told Adam that he was created to work and Christians vote for welfare. Christians do not know the difference between loving and praying for a sinner, and joining in and approving the sin of homosexuality. This list shamefully goes on and on.

What does the Bible say about sinners and their sin?

In these next verses in Matthew, Jesus is speaking the Sermon on the Mount and tells every Christian to love and pray for everyone, but Jesus does not tell you to join in their sin. In the verses in 2 John, John tells every Christian that we are not to even receive them in our house, and if we do we are considered to have taken part in their wicked works.

Mt 5:43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ Mt 5:44 But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, Mt 5:45 so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.

2 Jn 9 Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. 2 Jn 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, 2 Jn 11 for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works.

Unbelievers are not under any illusion. Satan is a hard slave master and there is no celebrating any victory. They wake up the next day and demand even more evil. More will be demanded.
