No Neutral Ground

There is no neutral ground in the Bible. A person either works for Satan or the Lord. This verse in Ephesians tells us that before we were saved we worked for the prince of the power of the air, which is another name for Satan. We are never retired, unemployed, or looking for a job in the Bible: we are serving somebody.

 Eph2.1And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—

The Lord takes the last breath of a believer:

Luke16.22 The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s side. Abraham’s side was the Heaven for Old Testament believers.

Satan takes the last breath of the unbeliever. 

 Heb2.14 Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil...
