People always ask me how many people I believe are saved, both within and without the church. The answer is in God’s word. Throughout the Bible God speaks of the saved. There is a consistent theme and that theme is that there is a little flock, a remnant, and that remnant is made up of both Jews and Gentiles. Sadly the Bible tells us that not many will answer the call of saving grace.
Luke12.32 “Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Acts15.17 that the remnant of mankind may seek the Lord, and all the Gentiles who are called by my name, says the Lord, who makes these things 18 known from of old.’
Romans9.27 And Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: “Though the number of the sons of Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will be saved,
Romans11.5 So too at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace
