Yesterday afternoon a Godly man and friend Ralph Walls went to Heaven…bless you Ralph for your testimony will be spoken of for generations.
The moment Ralph was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer back in June; he said to me I need to get busy for I may not have much time. Ralph was already busy. Let me relate Ralph’s week in the Lord.
Ralph went to Church every Sunday meeting, greeting, praying, and always concerned for each person. On Tuesday, he went with me to a Bible study that I led, on Wednesday he led his community group at his home, on Thursday he led his “Breakfast with God Ministry, and on Saturday he went with me to a Bible study that I led. At any of my study groups Ralph would stand in for me if I could not be there.
In the Last six weeks of his life, he spoke at two different churches telling of his peace and faith. In the last two weeks of his life, he was still preparing a lesson for his Thursday study. After his initial diagnoses and over the following months, seventeen people gave their life to Christ by Ralph’s testimony.
Ralph redefined finishing strong just like Paul the Apostle.
Re 14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”
