#102 Seven Things About the Evil Days
I am Fred Myers the founder of For the Fathers Ministry, and this is Faith by the Numbers.
Count your way to wisdom in number one-hundred and two of this series, Seven Things About the Evil Days.
Jesus prayed in the garden the night before He was crucified.
Jn 17:15 I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one. Jn 17:16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Jn 17:17 Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.
Christians are not taken out of the evil, they are to be a light in the midst of evil. The Bible is clear, all the days are evil until the Lord returns, and we are to do seven things in these evil time periods.
Seven Things About the Evil Days:
- Make the best of the days of evil.
- Know we will be delivered from the present evil age.
- Put on the armor of God to withstand the evil day.
- Be prudent and keep silent, it is an evil time.
- Remember God in the evil days to come.
- Know that the angels will separate the evil from the righteous at the end of the age.
- In a world of evil, evil will fall suddenly upon the children of man.
Lot lived among the evil, and the Bible says that it vexed Lot’s poor soul. I want you to notice that God rescued Lot and He will rescue every Christian.
2 Pe 2:7 and if he rescued righteous Lot, greatly distressed by the sensual conduct of the wicked 2 Pe 2:8 (for as that righteous man lived among them day after day, he was tormenting his righteous soul over their lawless deeds that he saw and heard); 2 Pe 2:9 then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment.
Every Christian’s poor soul is vexed, and therefore our hope is in the return of Jesus Christ.

It is my prayer that many will count their way to wisdom through this series and find the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Eph 5:16 making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.
Ga 1:4 who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father…
Eph 6:13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
Am 5:13 Therefore he who is prudent will keep silent in such a time, for it is an evil time.
Ec 12:1 Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth, before the evil days come and the years draw near of which you will say, “I have no pleasure in them”
Mt 13:49 So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous
Ec 9:12 For man does not know his time. Like fish that are taken in an evil net, and like birds that are caught in a snare, so the children of man are snared at an evil time, when it suddenly falls upon them.
